Home Health Aide – $26/hr

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking compassionate individuals to provide in‑home support to clients in White River Junction and surrounding areas. The role involves assisting clients with daily activities to help them stay safe and comfortable in their own homes.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with personal care such as bathing, grooming, and toileting.
• Support activities of daily living, including meal preparation, feeding, and light housekeeping.
• Provide mobility assistance, transfers, and medication reminders.
• Help with range‑of‑motion exercises and offer companionship and emotional support.
• Transport clients to local appointments and run errands as needed.

Required profile

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable, compassionate, and eager to help others.
• Ability to travel to client homes as assigned.
• Previous caregiving or healthcare experience is a plus but not required.
