Home Health Aide – $16.50/hr – Asheville

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking Home Health Aides to provide compassionate care to clients in the Asheville area. You will work in clients' homes, assisting with daily living activities and ensuring a safe, comfortable environment. Training is provided, and you will join a supportive team dedicated to community health.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, toileting, and oral feeding.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks including laundry, meal preparation, and bed making.
• Support mobility through ambulation assistance, transfers, and use of mechanical lifting devices.
• Monitor vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration) and provide medication assistance.
• Conduct range‑of‑motion exercises and help with nail care.
