Home Care Licensed Practical Nurse – 1:1

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide one‑to‑one private duty care for clients in their homes across Minnesota. This position offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to work with local clients on full‑shift assignments.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver full‑shift (8, 10, or 12‑hour) private duty nursing care to a single client.
• Provide skilled nursing services for diagnoses such as TBI, SCI, COPD, stroke, dementia/Alzheimer's, premature birth, cancer, and post‑surgery recovery.

Required profile

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (transcript or diploma required).
• Current, unrestricted LPN license in good standing in the state of Minnesota.

Required skills

• Ability to perform skilled nursing tasks independently in a home setting.
• Knowledge of common medical conditions listed in the posting.
