Manager, Specialty Pharmacy Operations

About the role

Clearway Health is seeking a Manager to lead accreditation compliance and specialty pharmacy operations across partner sites, ensuring standards are met and continuous quality improvement is achieved.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee operational responsibilities at partner sites, including new and established growth programs.
• Report program performance using Salesforce data and extract key metrics.
• Develop and implement processes essential for specialty pharmacy program growth.
• Manage day‑to‑day program operations, staffing, scheduling, and timecard management.
• Lead interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and training of staff while fostering a positive work environment.
• Act as liaison between clinical staff, providers, and pharmacy teams to ensure seamless workflow.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or PharmD required; MBA or business degree preferred.
• Active pharmacist licensure (or ability to obtain at hire).
• 7+ years of pharmacy experience with prior leadership responsibility.
• Experience with Epic, Meditech, Cerner, and QS1 systems highly desired.
