About the role
BAYADA is hiring Home Health Aides to provide personal care, household support, and companionship to adults in the Fort Mill, Clover, York, and Rock Hill areas. The position offers weekly pay at $15 per hour and flexible scheduling.
Key responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, toileting, and nail care.
- Provide household support including light housekeeping, laundry, and bed making.
- Prepare meals, feed clients, and offer medication reminders.
- Support range‑of‑motion exercises and assist with ambulation using mechanical lifting devices.
Required profile
- Passion for caregiving and a desire to help others.
- Empathy, patience, kindness, and respect.
- Ability to travel to clients’ homes as assigned.
- Commitment to delivering quality, compassionate care.
