HOA Relationship Manager

About the role

Join Main Street Renewal as an HOA Relationship Manager, overseeing day‑to‑day relationships with homeowners associations in an assigned metro cluster. You will ensure HOA rules, hearing outcomes, and escalations are translated into clear internal actions while maintaining strong, trusted partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular site visits and drive‑bys to identify violations early and verify compliance across self‑managed and HOA‑governed communities.
• Represent Main Street Renewal at HOA hearings, prepare cure documentation, negotiate outcomes, and track hearing results.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for key HOAs, leading regular check‑ins and using data to discuss trends and improvements.
• Act as escalation lead for complex HOA issues, route rule changes to the Data Governance team, and keep field and leasing teams informed of HOA expectations.

Required profile

• Experience in territory account management, channel partner management, or outside relationship management, with a focus on influencing outcomes through relationships.
• Proven ability to manage a large, dispersed portfolio of accounts, prioritizing based on performance data.
• Confident public representative, calm and solution‑focused under pushback.
• Strong organizational discipline to track multiple accounts, cases, and dates simultaneously.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM/account‑management tools.
