High-Volume Recruiter

About the role

Integrity Rise Management is looking for a confident, outgoing recruiter to lead high‑volume hiring across the United States. You will work on‑site at the corporate headquarters in St. Augustine, FL, supporting a fast‑paced, high‑turnover property‑management environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for 30+ concurrent openings across key roles and locations.
• Source, screen, and engage candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
• Present top candidates to hiring managers and follow up to ensure timely interview decisions.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data in the ATS and report metrics to HR and leadership.
• Partner with HR and regional leaders to align staffing trends, develop recruiting strategies, and optimize advertising spend.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of high‑volume recruiting experience in a high‑turnover industry such as property management or hospitality.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed hiring goals and metrics.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Self‑starter who can work independently with limited direction.

Required skills

• Experience using an applicant tracking system, preferably Rippling ATS.
