High-Impact In-Person Tutor for New Mexico K-12 Schools

About the role

Framework Development Group is hiring dedicated tutors to deliver high‑impact, in‑person tutoring to K‑12 students across New Mexico for the 2026‑2027 school year. Tutors will work with small groups (up to four students) in mathematics and/or English Language Arts, using structured, standards‑aligned curriculum.

Key responsibilities

• Provide in‑person tutoring in math and/or ELA to small groups (max 4 students).
• Deliver standards‑aligned instruction based on New Mexico academic standards.
• Use student data and diagnostics to group students and guide instruction.
• Implement structured lesson plans with explicit instruction, guided practice, and checks for understanding.
• Give immediate feedback and targeted support to address learning gaps.
• Build consistent relationships with assigned students to boost engagement.
• Collaborate with program staff and school partners to align tutoring with classroom instruction.
• Maintain accurate attendance, progress, and session documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Prior teaching, tutoring, or instructional experience.
• Strong knowledge of instructional practices in mathematics and/or literacy.
• Ability to support diverse learners, including multilingual students.
• Effective communication and classroom‑management skills.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to assigned school sites in New Mexico.
• Own laptop for daily lesson delivery.
