Learning & Training Specialist – Qualia (Remote, US)

About the role

The Qualia Learning & Adoption Specialist leads training and adoption initiatives for the Qualia platform and related transaction technologies. Working remotely from the United States, you will enable title, escrow, closing, and operations teams to master new workflows and maximize productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive learning programs that support technology adoption across title and escrow functions.
• Continuously improve training content based on feedback and evolving platform features.
• Partner with operational leaders, platform administrators, implementation teams, and business stakeholders to align learning objectives with business goals.
• Translate Qualia system functionality into practical, role‑based workflows and instructional materials.
• Monitor user confidence, productivity, and adoption metrics to ensure successful platform transitions.

Required profile

• Deep expertise with the Qualia platform and a solid understanding of title, escrow, and closing operations.
• Passion for helping people learn and simplifying complex concepts.
• Ability to create role‑specific training that drives confidence and adoption.
