Healthcare Recruitment Consultant (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Healthcare Recruitment Consultant to join our growing staffing firm. This full‑time remote position focuses on sourcing and placing qualified healthcare professionals for US‑based medical aesthetics and wellness practices. You will build relationships with candidates and clients, guiding them through every step of the hiring process.

Key responsibilities

• Source, attract, and engage qualified healthcare professionals for US‑based clients.
• Recruit for roles such as nurse practitioners, registered nurses, injectors, estheticians, physician assistants, medical assistants, and other licensed positions.
• Conduct initial screenings to assess qualifications, experience, communication skills, and cultural fit.
• Maintain accurate candidate pipelines in applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases.
• Coordinate interviews, ensure a smooth hiring process, and provide regular updates to candidates.
• Assist with onboarding, document collection, credential verification, background checks, and compliance requirements.
• Build talent pools, track recruitment metrics, and support administrative functions like scheduling and reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience within a staffing agency or recruitment firm.
• Experience recruiting for US‑based healthcare, medical, nursing, or allied health roles.
• Strong understanding of healthcare licensing requirements and hiring processes in the United States.
• Proven ability to work remotely in a professional environment.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
