Healthcare Contact Center Representative, Inside Sales

About the role

Guidehealth is seeking a Healthcare Contact Center Representative to join its Inside Sales team. In this role you will be the primary point of contact for members, patients and providers, handling inbound calls, program inquiries and outbound outreach such as enrollment invitations and clinical quality calls. You will deliver empathetic, efficient service while helping customers navigate healthcare benefits and care programs.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound service calls and program inquiries from members, patients and providers.
• Conduct outbound outreach including enrollment invitations, medication refill reminders, blood pressure checks and wellness check‑ins.
• Provide clear, human‑centered communication to explain benefits, resolve issues and guide customers through care management.
• Build trust and rapport with customers, ensuring a high‑quality experience in every interaction.
• Adapt to evolving business needs and support cross‑functional initiatives as required.
