Health & Wellness Coach – Full-time (Mon-Fri 8am-5pm EST)

About the role

Revive is seeking a dedicated Health & Wellness Coach to deliver holistic coaching to program participants. You will work remotely, guiding individuals and groups through nutrition, weight health, smoking cessation, and physical activity goals.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct coaching sessions via telephone, video, or chat platforms.
• Monitor participant progress and provide follow‑up support.
• Refer participants to health, community, and educational resources.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the designated system.
• Facilitate webinars, seminars, and small‑group discussions.
• Suggest process improvements to enhance participant outcomes.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of life, health, or wellness coaching experience, especially in weight health, nutrition, and physical activity.
• Experience with nutritional/weight‑management coaching strongly desired.
• Completion of an ICF or NBCHWC accredited coaching program and/or certification preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in health, wellness, or behavioral health preferred.
• Proven experience delivering coaching in virtual, telephonic, and chat‑based environments.
• Experience leading live trainings for larger groups, in‑person or virtual.
