About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Health Care Appointment Scheduler Specialist to join the Cleveland Clinic call centre. You will be the first point of contact for patients, handling scheduling needs with compassion and professionalism. The position offers flexible day or night shifts and is open to candidates residing in Ohio or Pennsylvania.

Key responsibilities

• Manage high‑volume inbound and outbound calls to schedule, reschedule, or cancel patient appointments across multiple clinical specialties.
• Accurately capture and update patient demographic, insurance, and medical information in the electronic health record system.
• Provide clear communication and assistance to patients regarding appointment details and related inquiries.

Required profile

• Professional demeanor with strong customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced call‑center environment.
• Residency in Ohio or Pennsylvania.
