Head of Strategy & Business Operations

About the role

We are a fast‑growing creator marketplace that has reached $8M+ ARR with fewer than ten team members. As Head of Strategy & Business Operations you will work side‑by‑side with the founders to design and execute the next phase of growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimise internal systems and processes, including CRM workflows, campaign operations and bug‑reporting pipelines.
• Own core business operations such as payroll, contracts, onboarding, legal/tax coordination and vendor management.
• Lead recruiting and people‑operations activities from candidate sourcing and screening to managing the full hiring process.
• Partner directly with clients—including leading AI companies—to support campaign performance and account health.
• Create scalable playbooks and operational infrastructure that amplify the founders’ leverage and output.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in investment banking, consulting, private equity, strategy, operations, chief‑of‑staff roles, or working directly with startup leadership.
• Proven track record of ownership and execution.
• Exceptional analytical, organisational and communication abilities.
• Confidence and professionalism in client‑facing situations.
• Comfort operating in ambiguous environments and a self‑starter mindset.

Required skills
