Head of M&A – AI Trainer (Remote, US)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Head of M&A to help train AI assistants that serve finance professionals. You will evaluate AI chatbot answers, test their reasoning on complex financial scenarios, and provide structured feedback to improve model quality.

Key responsibilities

• Review and improve AI Assistant responses on macro trends, corporate finance, and capital markets.
• Validate the reasoning and accuracy of AI outputs using your finance expertise.
• Challenge models with real‑world edge cases to identify strengths and gaps.
• Provide clear, actionable feedback for each model iteration.
• Design diverse, complex problems for AI chatbots and assess their performance.

Required profile

• Fluent English (native or bilingual level).
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical mindset.
• Advanced degree (MBA or higher) preferred, but not mandatory.
• Current or completed Master’s/PhD in a relevant field is a plus.
• Based in the United States and able to work remotely as an independent contractor.
