Head of Customer Success

About the role

As Head of Customer Success you will own Reevo’s entire post‑sales function, driving customer activation, time‑to‑value, product adoption and retention. You will build and lead the onboarding, CSM, TAM and support teams while designing operating models that turn implementation into durable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute strategy for customer activation, adoption and retention, ensuring rapid first‑value delivery.
• Own the structure, processes and metrics for the post‑sales organization across onboarding, CSM, TAM and support functions.
• Recruit, develop and retain senior leaders and individual contributors, building a high‑performance talent bench.
• Design the Customer Success operating system: onboarding frameworks, success plans, health scoring, executive cadences and renewal readiness.
• Translate product usage signals into measurable business outcomes and partner with Sales on expansion.

Required profile

• 10+ years leading Customer Success, Implementation, Support or post‑sales teams in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
• Proven track record improving activation, time‑to‑value, adoption and retention at scale.
• Strong operational judgment, ability to design scalable processes and lead cross‑functional initiatives.
• Exceptional executive communication, stakeholder management and ability to thrive in high‑ambiguity environments.

Required skills

• Experience with AI‑driven products (preferred).
• Deep understanding of SaaS post‑sales metrics and operating models.
