HCM Sales Executive

About the role

Asure Software, which helps businesses grow their human capital through HCM platforms covering payroll and tax, HR and time and attendance, is hiring an HCM Sales Executive. The role is hybrid, based in the Rochester, NY office, and focuses on building relationships with new prospects and existing customers and creating new revenue for the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new prospects within a defined territory through self-generation, networking and business development.
• Cultivate new revenue with existing Asure clients by expanding the scope of the Asure solution.
• Build referring relationships with CPAs, banks, financial advisors and insurance brokers.
• Create high-impact presentations highlighting the benefits of proposed Asure solutions.
• Manage a sales funnel to meet or exceed monthly and annual sales quotas.
• Use Salesforce CRM to track sales and client service activities.
• Keep up with industry trends and emerging technology such as AI tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least 3 years of consultative software sales experience.
• Preferred: experience selling payroll, HR or related software and services.
• Proven ability to manage a territory and build client relationships.
• Valid U.S. driver's license required.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.; visa sponsorship is not available.

Required skills

• Salesforce.com experience.
• Virtual selling tools such as GoToMeeting or Webex.
• Multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.

• On-target earnings of $110,000-$133,000 with an uncapped commission structure.
