Enterprise Sales Executive - Payroll Tax Solutions

About the role

Asure Software, an HCM provider with over 600 employees, is looking for an Enterprise Sales Executive in Rochester. You will sell Asure Payroll Tax Management solutions to enterprise companies in your assigned geography, drive new business and exceed sales quotas.

Key responsibilities

• Manage marketing-generated leads and build a pipeline that ensures quota attainment
• Set up calls and meetings with decision makers, influencers and senior executives
• Understand prospect business needs and market challenges
• Negotiate win-win financial agreements and conduct high-level product demonstrations
• Present the value of partnering with Asure throughout the sales cycle
• Record sales activities in Salesforce and provide accurate sales forecasts
• Negotiate on behalf of Asure within current sales frameworks, authorities and practices

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience
• 5+ years of successful consultative software sales with named accounts
• Experience selling Payroll Tax, HCM or TLM SaaS preferred
• Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quota
• Legal authorization to work in the US; visa sponsorship not available

Required skills

• Experience with Salesforce, SalesLoft and virtual selling tools such as GoToMeeting or Zoom
• Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills
• Multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment and managing several sales engagements

• OTE of $220,000 - $260,000 plus an uncapped commission structure
