ASO Sales Executive - AsureWorks

About the role

Asure Software is looking for an AsureWorks Sales Executive to drive new revenue growth in the 25-150 employee market segment. The role sells high-value, multi-product payroll and HR outsourcing solutions through outbound prospecting, networking and referrals, and leads complex, consultative sales cycles with C-suite and senior decision makers. The ideal candidate lives near the Rochester, NY hub.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and close new business through strategic discovery and executive-level engagement.
• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline to meet or exceed quota.
• Conduct disciplined discovery (BANT and financial due diligence).
• Develop and deliver proposals and executive presentations.
• Partner with Solutions Consultants, Operations, Deal Desk and specialty teams to build multi-product solutions.
• Negotiate financial agreements and ensure clients meet operational and financial requirements.
• Track sales activity, forecasting and pipeline in Salesforce.
• Support colleague referrals and drive product attachment.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• 4+ years of quota-carrying consultative sales experience (SaaS preferred).
• Proven track record of consistent quota over-achievement.
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
• Experience selling HCM, PEO, ASO or related workforce solutions strongly preferred.
• Willingness to travel about 15-20% as needed.

• On target earning of $165,000-$195,000 with an uncapped commission structure.
