About the role

Join the Mr. Handyman franchise in Corrales, NM as a skilled Handyman/Carpenter. You will provide high‑quality maintenance and repair services for both residential and commercial clients, representing the brand’s “Done Right Promise.”

Key responsibilities

• Complete small to medium maintenance and repair projects ranging from a few hours to two days.
• Communicate recommendations, scope, and costs to customers and manage expectations.
• Deliver exceptional service that encourages repeat business and positive reviews.
• Self‑manage daily schedule, collect payments, and document work following the Mr. Handyman Way.
• Use company‑provided iPad and technology tools while adhering to safety protocols and PPE requirements.

Required profile

• Live within the Corrales area.
• Minimum 8 years paid experience as a handyman.
• Own a full set of tools and be insurable to drive a company vehicle.
• Pass background and driving record checks.
• Ability to lift 50 lb, work at heights, and work outdoors for extended periods.
• Professional appearance and proper maintenance of the company‑provided van.
