GTM Systems Engineer

About the role

Rogo is building the AI‑powered revenue engine for the world’s leading investment firms. As a GTM Systems Engineer you will own the end‑to‑end Salesforce platform and the surrounding GTM tech stack, designing, building, and operating the systems that drive quote‑to‑cash, CPQ, contracts, and customer lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Own Salesforce end‑to‑end: data model, schema, flows, validation rules, permissions, record pages, DevOps hygiene, and platform reliability.
• Develop and maintain custom Apex, SOQL, Flow, and Lightning Web Components with proper testing and deployment discipline.
• Administer and integrate the surrounding stack (Gong, Clay, Apollo, Lusha, Nooks, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, DocuSign, etc.) and design reliable API/OAuth access patterns.
• Manage quote‑to‑cash, CPQ, contract, entitlement, renewal, expansion, and churn mechanics in the system.
• Design, build, and ship AI capabilities (health scoring, MEDDPICC scorers, research agents, enrichment, routing) using LLMs and Claude Code.
• Ensure data quality, reporting, and operating controls, and act as the primary escalation point for GTM system issues.

Required profile

• 5+ years owning GTM systems in a revenue, sales, or RevOps organization, with hands‑on Salesforce administration.
• Recent experience with other GTM tools (Gong, Clay, Apollo, Lusha, etc.) and integration layers.
• Proven ability to build full GTM tech stacks, own CPQ/quote‑to‑cash processes, and ship AI‑enhanced features.
• Strong written communication to explain system design to both engineers and GTM leadership.
