GTM Engineer

About the role

Runway is building AI world models and needs a GTM Engineer to own the revenue‑operations stack. The role works closely with sellers across the US, identifying friction in the sales motion and fixing it with software, data, and automation.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain account and lead scoring models, integrating fit, intent, and engagement signals.
• Build the PLG‑to‑Enterprise signal layer, routing leads to BDRs and AEs with reliable SLAs.
• Develop and operate the Clay enrichment pipeline, outbound data infrastructure, and GTM agent workflows.
• Own Salesforce commercial model, routing, territories, and policy automation.
• Connect the full tech stack (Salesforce, Gong, Clay, product usage, data warehouse) and automate deal‑desk processes.
• Measure adoption and revenue impact of every build, iterating or retiring as needed.

Required profile

• 5+ years in RevOps, sales ops, GTM engineering, or related sales roles.
• Hands‑on experience building scoring, routing, or enrichment systems that drove measurable conversion improvements.
• Direct experience working alongside sellers and understanding their daily workflow.
