GTM Associate – Outbound Sales for AI Private‑Markets Platform

About the role

Raylu is building an AI‑powered origination engine for private‑markets investors. As a GTM Associate you will join the early sales team, learning the craft from real deals with leading growth‑equity and PE funds while helping to shape the outbound motion.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct strategic, research‑led outbound to named institutional investors across growth equity and private equity funds.
• Own qualified‑meeting and pipeline targets across email, LinkedIn and warm introductions, consistently exceeding goals.
• Design and test targeted outbound campaigns, iterating on subject lines, personas and timing.
• Map stakeholders, qualify leads using a proven sales methodology, and hand off high‑quality opportunities to Account Executives.
• Maintain pristine CRM hygiene, detailed discovery notes and smooth handoffs.
• Support Raylu’s presence at industry events through pre‑event outreach, on‑site meetings and post‑event follow‑up.

Required profile

• 0‑3 years of experience in SDR/BDR, client‑facing sales or finance‑adjacent roles (banking, PE, consulting, fintech).
• Exceptional written communication able to capture a Managing Director’s attention.
• Comfort with high‑volume, high‑quality outbound activity and ability to learn complex products quickly.
• Genuine curiosity about private markets and AI, organized, coachable and resilient.

Required skills

• Proficiency with modern sales tooling (CRM, sequencing, enrichment platforms, AI‑assisted research).
• Strong research and writing skills for outreach messaging.
• Familiarity with AI/LLM concepts and their impact on research workflows.
