GTM Associate

About the role

Rillet is seeking a GTM Associate to join its go‑to‑market team. This early‑career position works closely with the Growth Team Lead and Head of Growth on high‑impact projects across prospecting, lead scoring, data operations, market research, and automation.

Key responsibilities

• Build and improve prospecting workflows, including account and list building, enrichment, and ICP segmentation.
• Analyze and enhance the lead scoring model with weekly reporting and recommendations.
• Partner with the GTM team on outreach initiatives and sales enablement.
• Conduct competitive and market research to inform GTM strategy.
• Use AI and automation to eliminate repetitive work and improve growth and sales workflows.
• Identify opportunities to improve data, tools, and processes across the GTM organization.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Business, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related.
• 2+ years of relevant experience, including internships.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with comfort working with data.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and bias toward action.
• Excellent written communication and ability to coordinate across teams.
• Curious, resourceful, and comfortable operating without a playbook in a fast‑paced startup.

Required skills

• Proficiency with spreadsheets.
• Experience with CRM tools; Salesforce is a plus.
• Familiarity with Clay, SQL, Zapier, or other no‑code automation tools.
