Growth Operations & Business Development Analyst (Remote)

About the role

VetsEZ is seeking a Growth Operations & Business Development Analyst to support a large federal government healthcare modernization project. This fully remote, early‑career position offers exposure to the entire federal business development lifecycle, working closely with account executives, capture managers, proposal managers, solution architects, and senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Research upcoming federal contracting opportunities using procurement websites, market intelligence platforms, and industry resources.
• Maintain accurate opportunity, account, customer, and pipeline data in Salesforce CRM.
• Develop executive reports, dashboards, and pipeline analyses to aid leadership decision‑making.
• Assist capture managers with customer research, procurement histories, briefing materials, and capture planning activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, Government, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in business development, market research, consulting, sales operations, or government contracting.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a Government/Public Trust clearance.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM.
• Experience using Microsoft Power BI.
• Familiarity with GovWin, SAM.gov, and USASpending.gov.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams).
• Use of AI productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or Claude.
