Territory Manager, Companion Animal – Sarasota, Bradenton & Ft Myers

About the role

Ceva is hiring a Territory Manager for its companion animal business covering Sarasota, Bradenton and Fort Myers, Florida. The role is a self-motivated, results-oriented sales position focused on building consultative relationships with veterinary professionals and helping them choose Ceva products that support pet health. Base salary is $80,000-$110,000, with commission of $0-$70,000.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize activities to meet territory objectives, with pre-call planning and scheduled calls, presentations and orders
• Develop and track a sales plan against monthly, quarterly and annual targets, using territory routes and segmentation
• Influence veterinary clinics to recommend and use Ceva products, resolve customer complaints and attend local events, KOL dinners, conferences and tradeshows
• Build long-term relationships with veterinarians, technicians, practice managers and front-office staff, and increase share of wallet
• Work with a network of Distribution Sales Representatives (DSRs), train them, schedule ride-alongs and leverage them as a surrogate sales force
• Gather competitor intelligence, negotiate with key buyers and report to the Regional Manager
• Complete weekly expense and territory reports, manage expense budgets and use the CRM tool for call notes and sales tracking

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree; equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of it
• 3-10 years of proven outside sales experience strongly preferred, including success in a fast-paced B2B environment
