Growth Marketing Associate – Paid Media

About the role

THG Nutrition is seeking a hands‑on Growth Marketing Associate who thrives at the intersection of data, performance and creative. You will own day‑to‑day execution across core acquisition channels and help translate ambitious growth targets into measurable campaigns that drive commercial results.

Key responsibilities

• Execute, optimise and scale campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTok, while testing additional channels such as affiliates and partners.
• Collaborate with the VP Growth Marketing and cross‑functional teams to design test‑and‑learn roadmaps for creatives, audiences, formats, landing pages and offers.
• Partner with creative teams and external creators to brief, refine and launch performance‑focused assets.
• Track, analyse and report on campaign performance, turning data into actionable recommendations.
• Own channel‑level KPIs (CAC, ROAS, LTV, revenue) and ensure they align with overall business growth.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of hands‑on experience in paid marketing, with a strong track record in search and paid social.
• Proven ability to manage and optimise campaigns on Google Ads, Meta and TikTok.
• Experience building and scaling performance‑driven creative, including UGC and creator‑generated assets.
• Comfortable managing budgets and performance metrics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• Analytical mindset with confidence working with data to identify growth opportunities.
