About the role

The role focuses on operating grinding machines during weekend shifts, with training and advancement opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Run a grinding machine during weekend shifts according to the schedule (two weekends 6:30 am‑6:30 pm, third weekend night shift 6:30 pm‑6:30 am).
- Work a 24‑hour shift and receive pay for 32 hours.
- Follow the defined shift schedule and maintain the machine to meet quality standards.
- Record production data and report any issues.
- Participate in the hiring process starting in May and attend training beginning in July, including a first‑shift training period.
