Grand Format Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for a driven Grand‑Format Color Sales Executive to lead growth in our wide‑format graphics division. The role focuses on selling high‑impact visual solutions such as POP displays, trade show graphics, wall murals, banners, fleet graphics, large‑format posters and branded signage.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan targeting Retail, Advertising, Manufacturing, Fashion and A/E/C sectors.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including solution design, pricing and negotiation.
• Present visual communication solutions that demonstrate ROI in brand visibility and foot traffic.
• Lead pre‑sales discovery to define project requirements and recommend substrates, print methods, finishes and installation.
• Collaborate with production and operations to ensure feasibility, profitability and on‑time delivery.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management and CRM activity tracking.
• Build relationships with agencies, architects, designers, brand managers and corporate clients.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows and client presentations.
• Mentor junior sales team members and expand the grand‑format graphics portfolio.

Required profile

• Proven experience in wide‑format printing, large‑format graphics sales or visual communications sales.
• Background in Architecture, Engineering or Construction (A/E/C) is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated success in B2B sales, cold calling, lead generation and closing high‑value deals.
• Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and revenue targets.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of large‑format printing processes, substrates, finishing and installation methods.
• Excellent presentation, storytelling and consultative selling abilities.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
