Graduate Recruitment Consultant – US Desk (New York)

About the role

We are seeking a Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join our newly opened New York office. Working on the US Desk, you will support senior consultants delivering talent to leading investment banks, private equity firms and other financial institutions. This is a full‑time, entry‑level position offering fast‑track progression within an international search business.

Key responsibilities

• Support three senior consultants on active US mandates across investment banking, credit and private equity.
• Build and maintain high‑quality candidate pipelines for front‑office finance roles.
• Conduct headhunting, market mapping and competitor analysis.
• Manage the recruitment process from outreach to offer stage.
• Develop long‑term relationships with high‑performing finance professionals in the US.
• Contribute to the growth and scalability of the delivery function.
