About the role
As a Graduate Area/Shift Manager at Amazon in Lombardia, you will lead a diverse team on an operational site, ensuring safety, productivity and quality while adapting to daily operational challenges.
Key responsibilities
- Promote a culture of safety and wellbeing across the shift.
- Analyse performance data and implement corrective actions to meet quality and productivity targets.
- Lead and support a team, handling administrative tasks and fostering a strong team culture.
- Identify and drive process improvements to optimise work and enhance customer service.
- Collaborate with other managers to standardise shift processes and coordinate with engineers on technical enhancements.
Required profile
- Completed university degree (or graduated within the last 24 months).
- Advanced proficiency in written and verbal English and Italian.
- Experience performing data analysis.
- Ability to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders.
