Global Team Lead SC Material Master Data

About the role

The Global Team Lead SC Material Master Data will define and implement the global master data strategy, ensuring data quality, compliance and operational excellence across SAP S/4HANA and STIBO platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the global master data strategy aligned with business and digital transformation goals.
• Establish governance frameworks, data ownership models, standards, policies and controls.
• Maintain accurate master data creation, enrichment and lifecycle management in SAP S/4HANA, STIBO and connected systems.
• Drive harmonisation, standardisation and automation of master‑data processes using workflow, AI and digital tools.
• Build and lead a Business Excellence team, fostering operational excellence, innovation and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Master’s degree or equivalent professional experience with 8+ years overall experience.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in master data management, supply‑chain or related fields.
• Proven leadership of teams (6–10 direct reports) and ability to travel up to 15%.
