About the role

Join HydraForce’s internship program to develop Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) expertise while supporting manufacturing operations. You will gain hands‑on experience with safety inspections, incident reporting, and environmental initiatives.

Key responsibilities

Assist with workplace safety inspections and audits.
Maintain HSE records, reports, and training documentation.
Support incident reporting and investigations.
Help update safety policies, procedures, and signage.
Participate in safety meetings and toolbox talks.
Assist environmental initiatives and track corrective actions.

Required profile

Currently pursuing a degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Science, Safety Management, Industrial Management, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of health and safety concepts.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment.

Required skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Basic understanding of health and safety concepts.
