About the role
The Global Scientific Communications Fellowship is a two‑year program designed for PharmD graduates to gain hands‑on experience in medical affairs, focusing on Spinal Muscular Atrophy and Scholar Rock’s neuromuscular pipeline.
Key responsibilities
- Develop scientific content for medical communications, publications, medical information, and congress activities.
- Support the creation of educational materials, manage publication planning, and assist with medical information response documents.
- Participate in global congress strategy, including booth planning and post‑congress debriefs.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with medical affairs, clinical development, regulatory, and commercial teams.
Required profile
- Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an ACPE‑accredited institution and eligibility for Massachusetts pharmacist licensure.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with ability to create data‑driven scientific presentations.
- Excellent time‑management, leadership abilities, and capacity to work independently.
Required skills
- Scientific writing and data presentation (PowerPoint).
- Project management and critical‑thinking in a cross‑functional matrix environment.
