Global Head of Marketing

About the role

Kings League, created and organized by Kosmos, is a 7-a-side football league with teams chaired by top streamers and content creators. As Global Head of Marketing you will be a foundational member of its global marketing team, driving brand growth and fan engagement through data-driven strategies. The role focuses on B2C growth, expanding the fanbase and building a marketing plan across paid, earned and owned media.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute the global marketing strategy, including localizing brand positioning for the U.S. market and defining emotionally resonant storytelling.
• Build and lead a high-performing marketing team and manage the marketing budget, tracking ROI and adjusting spend.
• Run audience acquisition and engagement campaigns, segment audiences and activate campaigns around key U.S. cultural and sports moments.
• Plan and run full-funnel campaigns across digital, social, experiential and traditional channels, balancing paid, owned and earned media, and lead paid media planning while growing owned channels.
• Work with PR, influencer, creative and content teams, continuously testing and optimizing campaigns.
• Partner with e-commerce, merchandising and licensing teams to drive product sales, launch campaigns and increase conversion, average order value and retention.

Required profile

• 10+ years of B2C marketing experience, ideally in sports, entertainment, fashion or youth culture.
• Experience in European markets and a proven track record of growing communities and driving consumer revenue.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or Communications; Master's preferred.
• B2C mindset focused on audience, community and revenue growth, with strong analytical decision-making and passion for storytelling.
