General Manager – Hotel Operations

Key responsibilities

• Lead, inspire and mentor a diverse team, cultivating a culture of collaboration, innovation and accountability.
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences by overseeing service standards, personalized interactions and rapid issue resolution.

Required profile

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality or a related field.
• Proven experience in hotel management, with a track record of achieving financial and service objectives.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, walk, lift up to 25 lb, bend, stoop and perform other hotel‑operational tasks.
• Willingness to travel occasionally as required.
