General Laborer

About the role

A-Core Concrete Specialists is seeking a General Laborer for its Twin Falls, Idaho branch. You will support construction projects by assisting operators and handling various tools and equipment. This position offers a pathway to grow within a family‑owned company with over 50 years of experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist operators and learn to operate equipment such as wall saws, core drills, hand saws, and flat saws.
• Maintain equipment and ensure safe use of all tools.
• Complete preparation and clean‑up tasks before and after project completion.

Required profile

• Pass a drug screen, provide a valid driver’s license and current MVR.
• Pass a DOT physical.
• At least 1 year of construction experience (preferred).
• Maintain a positive, responsible work environment; be organized, punctual, and a self‑starter who can also work in a team.

Required skills

• Operation of wall saws.
• Operation of core drills.
• Use of hand saws, flat saws, and hand tools.
