Full‑Time Store Supervisor

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a full‑time Store Supervisor to join the management team in North Charleston. You will help drive sales, coach associates, and ensure operational excellence while embodying the brand’s values of originality, integrity, and customer focus.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies, monitor performance, and drive revenue growth.
• Coach and mentor store associates, providing effective leadership and support.
• Manage daily store operations to maintain efficiency, high standards, and a welcoming environment.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and uphold brand equity.

Required profile

• Strong people skills with the ability to support, assist, and coach team members.
• Consistently meets or exceeds sales and performance goals.
• Physically able to lift up to 40 lb., move around the store, and perform tasks such as kneeling, reaching overhead, and climbing ladders.
• Reliable transportation and age 18 +.
