About the role

The Assistant Store Manager – Visual supports the Store Manager in leading the team, driving sales, and maintaining visual standards. This role steps in for the Store Manager when needed and ensures operational excellence and brand equity.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute store business strategies, track performance, and meet sales goals.
• Lead visual merchandising team to uphold store visual standards and product presentation.
• Manage store operations including payroll, cash handling, inventory control, and opening/closing procedures.
• Recruit, train, and coach associates, handling performance reviews and employee relations.
• Deliver high‑energy consumer experiences, resolve customer issues, and uphold brand service standards.

Required profile

• 3+ years progressive retail leadership experience with proven coaching and supervision skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation and ability to lift up to 40 lb and perform physical store duties.

Required skills

• Strong business acumen and ability to prioritize and budget in partnership with Store Manager.
• Experience leading visual merchandising and maintaining store visual standards.
• Proficiency in performance management tools, loss prevention, and store policies.
