Full‑Time Registered Nurse – Home Health

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide in‑home care for adult and geriatric clients in Eastern Jacksonville, FL. This full‑time position involves delivering personalized medical services on a per‑visit basis.

Key responsibilities

• Follow designated care plans and perform home visits within assigned territories.
• Administer medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures as ordered.
• Monitor client conditions, report changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager, and document all observations.
• Execute and document physicians' orders, conduct client assessments, and manage case coordination.

Required profile

• Current Florida RN license.
• Minimum one year of recent clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and travel to client locations.
• Strong interpersonal and computer skills.

Required skills

• Electronic Medical Records (EMR) proficiency.
• Medication administration and wound care techniques.
