About the role

Join BAYADA’s Assistive Care Division as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) providing personal care, household support, and companionship to adults in Jacksonville and surrounding counties.

Key responsibilities

• Follow a written plan of care from a registered nurse to deliver personal care services.
• Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, toileting, and nail care.
• Provide household support including light housekeeping, laundry, and bed making.
• Prepare meals, feed clients, and remind them about medication.
• Support range‑of‑motion exercises, ambulation, and safe transfers using mechanical lifting devices.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of verifiable work experience in caregiving.
• Passion for helping others, empathy, patience, and respect.
• Ability to travel to clients’ homes in the assigned counties.
• Current Level II Background Check as required by Florida regulations.
