Fullstack Developer

About the role

Rare Candy is seeking a Fullstack Developer to build and enhance the operations toolchain that powers its warehouse, inventory, and Instapack business. You will work closely with the CTO and engineering team on real‑world logistics problems in a fast‑moving startup environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain internal tools for the warehouse and logistics teams.
• Fix bugs, improve performance bottlenecks, and raise the quality bar of the Ops toolchain.
• Collaborate with operations and engineering to increase efficiency and solve hard problems.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment of new features.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of full‑stack development experience, primarily with Go.
• Proficiency in building front‑ends with React or similar frameworks.
• Experience with GraphQL or strong API development background.
• Passion for product quality, detail‑oriented, and comfortable in a fast‑changing startup.
• Familiarity with trading‑card or collector communities is a plus.
