Full-Time Scheduler – Healthcare Facility

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Scheduler to join our team at Huntsville Post‑Acute and Rehabilitation Center. In this role you will coordinate staffing schedules across nursing and other departments, ensuring optimal coverage to support resident care.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain the master staffing schedule for nursing and other departments.
• Coordinate shift coverage, handling call‑offs, vacations, and leave requests.
• Communicate schedule changes promptly to staff and management.
• Track attendance, overtime, and staffing patterns.
• Assist with recruitment scheduling and onboarding logistics.
• Support compliance with labor regulations and facility staffing requirements.
• Maintain accurate scheduling records and generate reports.
• Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Experience in scheduling, staffing, or administrative functions (preferred).
• Experience in long‑term care or skilled nursing environments (preferred).
• Strong organizational, communication, and computer abilities.
