Full Time Retail Merchandising Specialist

About the role

The Elite Retail Merchandising Specialist works full‑time as a BDS Representative, handling break‑fix, installation, and ad‑hoc maintenance of in‑store displays while supporting merchandising initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Install and build displays, end caps, and fixturing, including security, cabling, wiring, monitors, media players, and audio connectivity.
• Troubleshoot and resolve display issues to ensure full functionality and meet maintenance standards.
• Lead multi‑rep projects that may require up to 120 miles of travel and full‑day commitments.
• Perform ad‑hoc maintenance, service stores within 48‑72 hours, and reset planograms, POP, and pricing tags.
• Report store visit status accurately, maintain scheduling reports, and complete certification for training other reps.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience building displays, fixturing, and monitor cabling/connectivity.
• Ability to read schematics, use a basic toolkit, and operate a smartphone/tablet with GPS for reporting.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance.
• Willingness to work 40+ hours per week, including occasional weekends and travel up to 120 miles.
