Full-Time Keyholder at Ala Moana

About the role

As a Keyholder at Rothy’s Ala Moana store, you will help bring company values to life by creating a service‑first culture on the sales floor and supporting smooth store operations. You will act as a role model for peers, delivering exceptional customer experiences and upholding operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and model the Rothy’s Experience through exceptional service, coaching team members and ensuring brand standards are met.
• Drive personal and team sales results, support teammates through coaching and team selling, and create lasting customer relationships.
• Assist with in‑store events, activations, visual merchandising, and daily operational tasks as Manager on Duty.
• Own assigned areas of responsibility within the Division of Responsibility program and communicate progress to store leadership.

Required profile

• 18 years of age or older with 1–2 years of retail or customer service experience, preferably with some leadership responsibility.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 lb, bend, reach, stretch and safely use ladders or step stools.
• Availability to work a minimum of 40 hours/week, including peak days, holidays, evenings and opening shifts.

Required skills

• Proven ability to connect with customers and deliver exceptional service.
• Experience supporting operational tasks such as merchandising, shipment, or stockroom leadership.
