About the role
Rothy’s is looking for a Retail Ambassador to represent the brand at the Ala Moana Center in Honolulu. You will deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive sales through personalized service, and help maintain a welcoming, inclusive store environment.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver the Rothy’s experience to every customer, embodying brand values through presentation, communication, and product expertise.
- Drive personal sales and contribute to team goals while building lasting customer relationships.
- Support daily store operations, including stock replenishment, visual merchandising, and store cleanliness.
Required profile
- Guided by Rothy’s values and committed to a service‑driven environment.
- 18 years of age or older.
- Previous retail or customer‑service experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for achieving sales goals.
- Availability to work at least 16 hours per week on peak and non‑peak days.
