About the role
Join Rothy’s as a Seasonal Retail Ambassador at the Ala Moana store in Honolulu. You will represent the brand on the sales floor, delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting a welcoming, inclusive store culture.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver the Rothy’s experience to every customer through best‑in‑class service, product expertise, and brand presentation.
- Drive personal sales and contribute to team goals while building lasting relationships with customers.
- Support daily store operations such as stock replenishment, visual merchandising, and maintaining store cleanliness.
Required profile
- 18 years of age or older, with a passion for service and a commitment to Rothy’s values.
- Previous retail or customer‑service experience preferred and strong communication skills.
- Availability to work at least 16 hours/week on peak and non‑peak days, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 lb, and safely use ladders or step stools.
