About the role

We are seeking a full-time Forklift Operator to join our Otsego, MN service center. The role involves safely moving freight in and out of enclosed trailers up to 53 feet long on a roofed, non-climate-controlled dock. The position offers an hourly rate of $29.21 and immediate use of paid time off.

Key responsibilities

• Operate a forklift to load and unload freight from trailers up to 53 feet long.
• Handle various types of freight safely and efficiently.
• Read and follow manifests and interact with computer displays to track shipments.
• Maintain a clean and organized dock area.

Required profile

• Physical ability to bend, lift and stoop without difficulty.
• Dependable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior forklift experience, preferably in a fast-paced setting.
• Some experience with less-than-truckload (LTL) operations is preferred.
