About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Dispensing Nurse (RN or LPN) to manage medication dispensing in a secure outpatient substance‑use treatment setting. The role focuses on safe medication administration, equipment upkeep, inventory control, and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications to patients.
• Maintain and calibrate dispensing equipment.
• Track and manage medication inventory.
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations.

Required profile

• Current RN or LPN license in Massachusetts.
• CPR certification.
• Detail‑oriented, compassionate, and non‑judgmental toward patients with substance‑use disorders.
• Experience in chemical dependency preferred.
