About the role

The Infosys Data and Analytics (DNA) unit is seeking a Data Science Consultant 2 to join its Columbus, OH team. In this role you will work on transforming data into actionable insights, building advanced AI‑driven models and delivering production‑ready solutions for complex business challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Develop data preparation pipelines, identify patterns and anomalies, and ensure data readiness for advanced modeling.
• Design, build and refine forecasting, LLM‑based and other predictive models, optimizing algorithms for performance, reliability and scalability.
• Test, deploy and standardize models into production environments, providing guidance on best practices.
• Create reusable customizations using SAS, R or Python for ML, deep‑learning and non‑ML analytics, including large language models.
• Document analytics problems, execute visualizations, analyses and predictive modeling under guidance, and contribute to knowledge management.

• Strong analytical mindset with experience in data preparation and model development.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, technology‑driven environment.
